Partner and Exhibitor Information
You are invited to partner with Canada’s Life cycle for Existing and Advanced Nuclear (CLEAN) to support the annual CLEAN Symposium.
Hosted in beautiful Fredericton, New Brunswick, from July 20th to the 24th, CLEAN 2026 will provide trainees with over a dozen technical seminars, delivered by experts from industry, government, and academia. Learners will receive professional skills training and tour state-of-the art facilities, including visiting Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station.
30+ student learners join us from CLEAN co-grantee institutions – University of Calgary, University of Regina, McMaster University, Royal Military College of Canada, and University of New Brunswick – in addition to participants from our partner academic institutions across Canada. While the CLEAN annual symposium is partially funded through the NSERC CREATE program, we warmly welcome additional partnership opportunities.
Partners can showcase their organizations as Exhibitors along with additional opportunities to support the CLEAN 2026 program.

Details on the Exhibitor Package
Each Exhibitor package is valued at $600 CAD and includes:
- One (1) 6’ long X 3’ wide draped table with two side chairs. Two tables available on special request.
- Inclusion of company logo on flat signage on poster boards around the event space.
- Listing of company or organization name and logo on the conference website and Program.
- Registration for two (2) full delegates to the full Symposium.
- Complementary attendance at the networking reception.
- Complementary breakfast and lunch for two (2) representatives for the day of the Exhibition.
- Customized options are available at an additional cost. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased at registration for exhibitors who wish to attend additional Symposium days.
Setup Schedule
While Partners are welcome to attend the duration of the Symposium, the Exhibition is scheduled for one full conference day, Wednesday July 22nd. Breakfasts, coffee breaks, and lunches will be served in the exhibit area, ensuring a constant flow of interested delegates.
